Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Your art work may be shipped in one of two different ways. This generally depends on the size of the piece and discussion with the purchaser.

1. The artwork will be posted, well packaged and sent via Parcel Force through a tracked service, still on the stretcher bars. This means that when you receive it, it will be ready to hang immediately.

2. The art work will be removed from the stretcher bars and send rolled in a tube. This is the best way to avoid damage to the piece and it is suggested that it is taken out of the tube immediately on arrival and laid flat. Then you can take it to a framer and have it re-stretched and framed as you wish.

You will be advised of the shipping cost to your location prior to purchase.

Please be aware that if you are out with the United Kingdom you may be liable for an import charge.

Should the item arrive damaged it is the responsibility of the purchaser to report this to the courier company.
The seller will not be held liable for any art work damaged in transit.

Redbubble is a print on demand service that is independent from this website.
All payments are made to Redbubble who will fulfil and post your order.
When you place an order on the site, the contract is between you the purchaser and Redbubble the seller, therefore if you have any issues with an order you must contact Redbubble for a resolution.
