Shipping & Returns
Because art isn't a fast fashion item.
It's sacred. It's slow. And it deserves to be treated that way — on both ends of the journey.

Original Paintings
Each original painting is wrapped with care and shipped from my studio in rural Scotland.
If you're in the UK, great — it's usually straightforward.
If you're outside the UK (hello, lovely soul in Portugal, the US, or beyond), shipping is still possible, but there may be:
-
Extra customs forms
-
Import duties or taxes
-
Bureaucratic nonsense I can’t control
That said — if you're seriously interested in a piece, drop me a message. We'll talk it through, make sure you're comfortable, and figure out the best (and safest) way to get it to you.

How shipping works:
-
You'll get full shipping cost info before any agreement is made
-
I ship using reputable couriers, tracked and signed wherever possible
-
Paintings may ship flat or rolled depending on size and fragility
If something arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days and send photos so I can help sort it — and you can file a courier claim if needed.

I can't take responsibility for what happens once it leaves my hands, but I will do everything I can to help you feel supported.

Returns (Originals)
Original paintings are one-of-a-kind — so I don’t offer automatic refunds or returns if you simply change your mind.
But if there's a problem, or you’re really not sure about something, email me and we’ll have a human conversation.
If a return is agreed upon:
-
You’ll need to send it back in its original condition and packaging
-
You’ll cover return shipping
-
I’ll process a refund once it arrives back safely
Redbubble Prints & Products
All print items (cushions, mugs, notebooks, etc.) are handled by Redbubble.
They take care of:
-
Printing
-
Shipping
-
Customer service
-
Returns
If there’s a problem with a Redbubble order, please contact their support directly — I don’t see any of that process on my end.

But if you want to tell me what you bought and why you love it, I’m all ears.
One Last Thing...
This isn’t Amazon.
It’s just me, a couple of greyhounds, and a paintbrush.

Thanks for shopping slow, supporting artists directly, and walking this sacred weird path with me.
